We offer web design and development, hosting, domain registration, and access to select third-party plugins and tools. Service details, pricing, and scope are outlined on the respective product or service pages.
3. Accounts & Access
You may be required to create an account to purchase or access services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.
4. Payments & Renewals
- Fees are listed at checkout and are due at the time of purchase.
- Hosting, domains, and plugin licenses may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Domains & Hosting
- Domain registrations and renewals are subject to availability and third-party registrar policies.
- Hosting services are provided on a best-effort basis. We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or issues caused by third-party providers.
- You agree not to use hosting for illegal or abusive purposes.
6. Plugins & Third-Party Services
We may resell or provide access to plugins (including WPMU DEV products). Use of these plugins is subject to the provider’s own licensing terms and restrictions.
7. Intellectual Property
Content you provide remains yours. Custom designs or development remain the property of Trinity Web Designs until payment is received in full. Plugins and domains remain governed by their respective licenses and registrars.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
- Web design services are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Hosting, domains, and plugin purchases are generally non-refundable due to third-party costs, except where required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
Trinity Web Designs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or downtime. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California, USA.
